Welcome to vinr, a service provided by vinr GmbH. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using vinr, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
1. Account Registration
To use our services, you must register with your email, name, and password. By registering, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
2. Services
vinr provides custom business software development services. Scope, timeline, and pricing are agreed in writing before work begins. Every project includes a fixed-price quote — no hourly billing surprises.
3. Payment
Invoices are due within 14 days of issue. Late payments accrue interest at the statutory rate under German law.
4. Content Moderation
We strictly follow German content moderation guidelines. Any content that is NSFW, promotes hatred, violence, or any form of negative content will be taken down immediately. vinr GmbH reserves the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines without prior notice.
5. User Conduct
Users are expected to adhere to the following guidelines:
- Respect: Treat all users with respect and courtesy.
- No Harassment: Do not engage in harassment, bullying, or threatening behavior.
- No Hate Speech: Do not post content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence.
- No Illegal Activities: Do not use our services for any illegal activities.
- No Spam: Do not engage in excessive self-promotion.
Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in the termination of your account.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client receives full source-code ownership of all custom code developed for their project. vinr GmbH does not retain any ownership rights over delivered work.
7. Limitation of Liability
vinr GmbH is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We do not provide any warranty beyond what is explicitly agreed in writing.
8. Termination of Services
vinr GmbH reserves the right to terminate services at any time if you violate these Terms and Conditions.
9. Support
We provide support via a dedicated Slack channel with a 4-business-hour response SLA. Critical production issues are handled within 1 hour. For general enquiries, contact support@vinr.eu.
10. Third-Party Services
vinr integrates with AWS, MongoDB, Stripe, and other third-party services. By using our services, you agree to the terms and conditions of these third-party providers.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Germany.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of revised terms.
